Product Owner - Martech

What you'll bring to the team

• Proven experience with Martech products (CDP, marketing automation, CRM, or engagement platforms).
• Strong working knowledge of mParticle, Braze, or comparable tools, ideally in real-time or operational contexts.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and coordinate across multiple business areas, including operations.
• Strong analytical mindset; using data to prioritise, segment, measure, and optimise journeys.
• Excellent communication skills; able to adapt from operational teams to engineering to senior leadership.
• Understanding of customer experience design, event flows, personalisation, and operational triggers.
• Comfortable leveraging AI, automation, and experimentation to accelerate discovery and impact.
• Experience partnering with UX, engineering, and data teams.
• 3-5+ years in product development or Martech-related domains.
• Airline, travel, customer retention, or operational communication experience is a strong plus.
