What you will do:

Provide central construction support to renewable energy projects (PV, Wind, BESS and HV Substations) during the construction phase across Europe and Iberia, supporting Construction Managers (CMs) and contributing to standardization, problem solving and continuous improvement of construction processes.

General responsibilities:

• Support Construction Central activities during the construction and commissioning phases of PV, Wind and BESS projects.
• Assist CMs in engineering, construction coordination, commissioning readiness and project management tasks.
• Support technical troubleshooting and follow-up of construction issues across projects.
• Assist in the coordination with internal departments (Engineering, H&S, Quality, IT/OT, etc.).
• Contribute to the development and improvement of procedures, standards and protocols.
• Support documentation management and lesson learned implementation.
• Collaboration in the digital and evolutionary implantation of the company.

What are we looking for:

1. Academic Skills:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably: Energy / Electrical /Industrial Technologies, or related fields.
• Valuable University Master´s Degree in Energy Engineering or Renewables Energies.

1. Professional Experience:

• Not required. Desirable work experience, in internships or as an employee, in the energy, renewable energy, industrial or similar sector.

1. Specific Knowledge:

• Fluent management of Office tools.
• Valuable programming skills and knowledge of software such as AutoCAD.
• Valuable knowledge of administrative applications (SAP, etc.).

1. Languages:

• Ability to read, write and speak Spanish and English fluently (minimum English level B2).
• Valuable Portuguese.

1. Skills:

• Organizational capacity.
• Resolution capacity and proactivity.
• Teamwork skills.
• Communicative capacity in interdisciplinary environments.
