At Embention, we have been driven since 2007 by a clear mission: Enabling drones to populate our skies.

We provide more than 700 customers in 70 countries including internationally renowned companies such as Toyota, Amazon Prime Air, and Honda with Veronte autopilots, critical avionics, and software for their professional drones and eVTOLs. All our systems are developed in accordance with DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160 standards, making us the only company in the sector certified by AESA and EASA as both a POA and APDOA.

The core of our company lies in our R&D team, made up of over 100 multidisciplinary engineers. Together with the rest of the organization, we are a team of 180 professionals united by a single goal: to innovate and push the boundaries of UAV technology.

Following a record-breaking 2025 marked by strong stock market performance, the launch of industrial production in the United Arab Emirates, and the establishment of a subsidiary in the United States, we are looking to continue expanding our team and driving continuous R&D development.

🌟 What would your mission be?

Your mission will be to ensure that our products offer an optimal, intuitive user experience that is aligned with the real needs of operators.

You will be the link between the end user and the development team, testing our systems in real operating environments and proposing design improvements that increase the usability, efficiency, and safety of the product.

💡 What will your responsibilities be?

• Test and validate our products from the end user's perspective.

• Operate systems in the field to evaluate the actual user experience.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in workflows, interaction, and functional design.

• Propose changes aimed at improving usability and operational efficiency.

• Work closely with software teams to guide the implementation of UX improvements.

• Participate in functional validations and testing processes focused on user experience.

🕵️♀️ What do we need?

• Experience operating professional drones or unmanned systems (experience in real environments or international missions is highly valued).

• Ability to analyse products from the perspective of the operational user.

• Analytical mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
  
  

📚 What do we value?

• Previous experience in UX applied to technological products (not exclusively interface design).

• Knowledge of the UAV, avionics or critical systems sector.

• Ability to translate operational needs into specific technical improvements.

• Good communication skills for interacting with technical teams.
