Qualifications

• Deep Knowledge of the Gaming Industry: Understanding of the specific market dynamics and customer preferences in sports betting, casino games, and digital gaming.    
• Familiarty with Agile metodologies; SAFe framework experience is a plus​​​​
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to develop and implement effective product strategies that align with the overall business objectives.    
• Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Competence in analyzing market data, user feedback, and financial reports to make informed decisions.    
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.    
• Innovative Thinking: Capability to drive innovation within the product space, continuously improving and adapting product offerings.    
• Pilot innovative projects and manage the roll-out of successful prototypes to broader markets.    
• Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to product development and customer engagement.
