About this opportunity:

We are currently looking for a full-time intern to join our Marketing & Communications team in West Europe to support our internal and external communications plans and activities for Spain and Portugal. You will be helping the team to think, develop and execute impactful communication strategies, plans and activities that support our business, customers and employees needs and priorities. The person we are looking for has to be based in Madrid, where rest of the local team is located, and you will also interface and work closely with the broader Europe & Middle East and Africa Marketing & Communications team.

You'll get the opportunity to:

· Support the Marketing and Communications team to think, develop and implement plans, campaigns and initiatives spanning a wide range of areas: media relations, internal campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, innovation, customer marketing, customer events and sustainability & corporate responsibility communications activities.
· Support internal and external events, such as All Employee Meetings, media sessions, etc.
· Help manage and grow our internal channels contributing to increase our employees' engagement
· Manage our local social media channels, supporting the creation and publication of attractive and relevant content for our audiences, aligned with our strategic priorities
· Develop written material (blogs, articles, internal newsletters, presentations, etc) supporting our narratives and objectives

Key skills

To apply for this role you should be studying, in your final year of study or recently finalized, and be studying a degree in the following subjects Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, etc.
· Highly motivated and proactive person
· A great team mate and one that could communicate with people from diverse profiles and backgrounds
· We will love your creative and innovative mind and that you are able to deal with complex and rapidly changing environment
· With good analytic skills
· A curious person, willing to learn and investigate
· Interested in technology and digitally oriented
· Good command of English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
· Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability
