Job Description:

About the Role:

The Consolidation Analyst is responsible for preparing, supervising, and reporting the Group's consolidated financial information, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and adherence to applicable accounting standards. The role sits within the Planning & Control Directorate, under the Global Reporting area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of annual accounts for the companies under their responsibility.
  • Coordination and follow-up of external audit work.
  • Supervision and control of the Group's consolidated closing processes to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • Oversight of the preparation of all consolidated Group information for internal and external reporting.
  • Production of the related financial and management reports for decision‑making bodies.
  • Supervise the maintenance, development, and updating of information system tools related to the Group's consolidated data (e.g., SAP, SAP BPC).
  • Implement improvements and support development projects related to consolidation and reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a double degree in Business Administration and Law.
  • Approximately 4-5 years of experience in financial departments of multinational companies.
  • Preferred experience in consolidation, accounting, reporting, and management control.
  • High level of English (High B2-C1).
  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
  • Advanced user-level knowledge of SAP and SAP BPC.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, analytical thinking and decision-making, and collaboration abilities.
