How does the program work?

📍 Location: Madrid, Spain (100% in-person)

🕓 Duration: 6 months

🔄 Rotation: You'll rotate across 3-4 data teams depending on your skills and interests 

• Rotation Structure: 6 months total, rotating across 3-4 teams depending on your skills and interests:
  • Data Engineering: Learn how to build and manage scalable data pipelines. Work with tools like SQL, Python, and cloud-based databases.
  • Machine Learning: Work on real-world ML models and recommendations. Learn how ML models are developed, trained, and deployed.
  • Data Science: Analyze complex business problems and help drive data-driven decisions. Use A/B testing and predictive modeling to optimize Fever's platform.
  • Web Analytics & Data Collection: Improve how data is collected across the complex Fever ecosystem (multiple websites and mobile apps) to deliver the best quality inputs to all internal areas and stakeholders to make better decisions. You'll learn about best practices for tracking and analytics using technologies such as GA4 and Mixpanel.

Who should apply?

We're looking for motivated, ambitious recent graduates who:

• Have a bachelor / master's / PhD degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics or a related field.
• Rank in the top 10% of their class
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have all your credits completed.
• Speak and understand business-level English.
