About the team

Within Finance, the Process and Ops Innovation team ensures the right workflows are in place to support different finance areas and the wider business. We also drive finance-based data initiatives and work as a key point of contact for Finance across the organization.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Associate to support key finance initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (2-3 years' experience) who enjoys working with data, exploring how systems work, and supporting process improvements.

You will collaborate with multiple areas across Finance and the business, gaining hands-on exposure to projects that focus on automation, efficiency, and operational excellence. You will:

• Participate in projects that automate finance processes and improve data quality
• Analyze, identify and implement opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
• Assist in documenting requirements, project scope, and deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and help drive solutions
• Help maintain and improve finance tools, dashboards, and workflows
• Learn and support ongoing initiatives across different markets

About you

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, or a related analytical role
• Strong problem-solving skills with a curious and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets/Metabase)
• Interest in technology and process automation, with willingness to learn new systems 
• Good communication skills, able to work across teams and explain findings clearly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Ideally, not required:

• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Business Central) or other finance tools
• Familiarity with scripting or basic coding (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
