Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.

We are looking for a motivated and curious professional to join our Payments Operations team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to grow in the fast-moving world of digital payments and onsite payments, working hands-on with payment processes across multiple markets. We value strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, project management, organization, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and tech teams. As part of the team, you will help us manage and optimize our payment processes, and also help Fever to grow in new markets working hand to hand in several projects with the Expansion team. The role is a perfect fit for someone eager to develop operational skills while contributing to strategic and operational projects with real impact.

About the Role:

Analyze and optimize payment processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Monitor and report on payment performance KPIs across different markets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Review, negotiate, and manage contracts related to payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, and other payment partners.
Lead the onboarding of new payment methods and providers, coordinating with product and tech teams for seamless integration.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related) is a plus.
Knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL and data visualization are nice to have to have).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of English.
