We successfully carved out time for finance and international professionals in U.K. higher ed to be strategic, away from their day jobs. From practical tips on how AI can be a strategic partner, to frank discussions on the most pressing issues for the sector in our Think Tank sessions, workshops on the increasing complexities of regulation, the candidness, transparency and peer-to-peer support in conversations was truly world-class. Key themes emerging from sessions and discussions, included: 1️⃣The need to move to proactive income collection: Stop managing debt reactively and secure revenue upfront. 2️⃣Mandate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Break down silos between Admissions, Recruitment, and Finance to unleash your conversion engine. 3️⃣Future-Proof with robust compliance framework: Redefine compliance as the essential scaffolding for revenue protection.
