- Research and identify potential economists, analysts, and forecasting contributors who could join our forecasting network.
- Gather and maintain accurate contact information for potential contributors.
- Reach out to prospective contributors via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
- Present our collaboration model and explain how our surveys and forecasting process work.
- Answer questions and address any concerns from prospective contributors.
- Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of progress, including successful contacts, rejections, and inactive leads.
- Support new contributors throughout the onboarding process.
- Send questionnaires and collect forecast submissions.
- Set up new contributors in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Ensure contributor information remains accurate and up to date across all databases.
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up when necessary.
- Respond to contributor inquiries related to forecast submissions, contact updates, platform access, and general collaboration matters.
- Coordinate communication between contributors and internal teams, including Research, Data, and Production.
- Contact contributors regarding survey updates, data requests, methodological changes, and other announcements.
- Assist with forecast collection activities and follow-up communications.
- Monitor inactive contributors and help maintain engagement across the network.
- Support special communication initiatives and contributor engagement campaigns.
