MECANICO AJUSTADOR

Role Summary
Carry out corrective and predictive maintenance activities of a technical nature to keep the operation of Gestamp's machinery and equipment in optimal conditions, as well as analyze and solve problems

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out the check list at the beginning of the shift
• They must complete their assigned activities during the shift, otherwise availability to complete them.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Technical support to other areas and/or processes.
• Meet department goals (DT, MTTR, MTBF)
• Intervene in the resolution of breakdowns that occur in existing production lines at Gestamp, (corrective maintenance).
• Perform planned preventive and predictive maintenance.
• It will contribute its experience and knowledge in repetitive breakdowns and/or improvements in the lines.
• Will participate together with production in the start-up of the new manufacturing series.
• Make daily logs of the most relevant aspects during the shift.
• Support the training of operators.
• Support the training of new staff, explaining the operation, maintenance, and main failures of the equipment.
• Work with the development of the continuous improvement program for the optimization of processes.
• Report any anomaly found under the maintenance and interventions carried out.

Knowledge and Education
• Technician.

Work Experience
• 2 years in a similar position
• 2 years in the automotive industry (desirable)
