Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for leading and managing the acquisition team. Review potential acquisitions to ensure they are a good fit for the company.
WHAT'S ON YOUR PLATE?
- Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission.
- Generate client acquisition plan.
- Monitor the performance of the team in terms of vendor partner acquisition.
- Tracking sales targets of the team.
- Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handling level commission rate.
- Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target.
- Analyze the competition - strategies, partners, promotions, and performance with reports from the sales force and personal research.
- Maintain accurate records of acquisition.
- Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor, guide, and manage the team for optimum performance.
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.
- Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
- Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.
- Produce metrics that provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.
- Management for reporting and support.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product development, Call Centre, and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.
- Create operational dashboards to show sales insights and performance.
