We are looking for a Corporate Training Specialist within Corporate Quality Assurance area at Grifols SA.

What your responsibilities will be

• Design, develop and implement training content aligned with the regulations and standards established at Grifols.
• Additionally, deliver specialized training to ensure that Human Capital has the necessary knowledge to achieve the company's operational and strategic objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Engineering.
• You have experience in similar position within pharma company.
• You have advanced level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
