Mission

Serving as a passionate Cybersecurity Architect dedicated to strengthening an expanding Information Security Office, ensuring that digital infrastructures, applications, and services are protected against cyber threats and designed following security‑by‑default principles.

Driving the integration of cybersecurity across all business units and IT/OT teams, embedding robust security measures into both strategic planning and operational execution to support a resilient and future‑proof digital ecosystem.

What your responsibilities will be

• Architecture & Design
  • Design and contribute to secure architectures for systems, applications, cloud, on‑prem, hybrid, and OT environments.
  • Ensure security‑by‑design in all assigned projects by integrating cybersecurity requirements early.
• Security Governance & Controls
  • Define and promote cybersecurity measures across corporate systems.
  • Propose innovative security solutions and support the adoption of new security tools.
  • Develop and update cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.Contribute to system hardening across Microsoft, UNIX, and database environments.
  • Support source code reviews, architectural assessments, and penetration testing methodologies.
• Collaboration & Culture
  • Work closely with Applications, Infrastructure, Architecture Office, Data & Analytics, and OT teams.
  • Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and deliver specific training when needed.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and secure behaviors across the company.

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles (architecture experience is highly desirable).
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies: SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and best monitoring tools.
• Experience designing secure architectures for applications and infrastructures.
• Solid understanding of networking, communication protocols, and cloud security practices.
• Cybersecurity certifications valued (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC) are highly valued.
