What your responsibilities will be

• You will acquire Know-How and technical knowledge for all related Virtualization services.
• You will act as the Technical Product Owner for Wintel and Virtualization platforms, managing continuous improvement and service lifecycle.
• You will be the technical reference within the company.
• You will define and implement technical roadmap.
• You will continuously assess and define how to optimize and improve the global infrastructure.
• You will evolve and define best practices, guidelines and standards.
• You will collaborate on cross strategic projects.
• You will supervise and guide providers to complete projects/activities on time and on budget.
• You will maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues, always with the aim of collaborating and achieving common goals.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • High quality communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving.
  • Team player: Positive attitude and always willing to collaborate with others, thinking in the common benefit.
  • Analysis, prioritization, and decision-making capacities based on criticality and impact for business.
  • Polyvalent profile and desire to keep learning.
  • Engaged and optimistic to face new challenges, focused on continuous improvement.
  • Deep operational knowledge in high-availability environments, including Stretched Clusters and Disaster Recovery design/execution.
  • Technical knowledge on Wintel technologies.
    • Windows Server, Clusters, Windows Admin Center.
    • DNS, DFS, NAS, File Service, IIS, FTP, Printer.
    • OS Patching solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible.
  • High knowledge of servers' hardware.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Senior Specialist.
  • In-depth knowledge of VMware and Nutanix technologies, Wintel and infrastructure best practices.
  • Scripting: PowerShell, Bash.
  • Knowledge of Networks, Security, Storage and Backup systems.
  • High level of spoken and written English.

Desired Skills

• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure or HP Virtualization solutions.
• Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops platforms.
• Experience in VMware Exit migration to other platforms.
• Experience in planning and executing IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Used to work on mission-critical environments with thousands of users and multiple support team.
