- Perform initial triage of incidents and requests from Production.
- Directly resolve incidents that fall within your scope of responsibility.
- Coordinate and track incidents that require the involvement of other technical teams (Systems,
- Networks, Cybersecurity, external vendors, etc.).
- Manage and maintain backups of the factory's OT systems.
- Perform restores and disaster recovery tasks.
- Keep the inventory of factory IT assets up to date.
- Carry out tasks to mitigate technological obsolescence.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and tools used in industrial environments.
- Administer industrial workstations, test equipment, and hybrid OT/IT systems.
- Collaborate with Production Engineering and MRO on IT support tasks and solution deployment.
- Participate in initiatives related to business continuity, disaster recovery, and improving industrial cybersecurity.
- Manage technical relationships with manufacturers and suppliers as needed.
