At Orenes Group, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop our relationships with key international clients. If you're passionate about technology and have experience in sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients, identifying sales opportunities and working closely with them to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating interactions between them and the internal teams of the company.

  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and retention of key clients, and to implement strategies and action plans to achieve sales goals.

  • Work with internal product development and technical support teams to ensure that client expectations for software functionality and service are met.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and contract renewal.

  • Creating, updating and promoting content internally and externally on corporate websites and other systems.

  • Track sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting regularly to the management team on progress and opportunities for improvement.

  • Increase the profitability of current customers

  • Participate in trade fairs, conventions, exhibitions and conferences to promote marketing and sales events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing.

  • Demonstrated experience of at least 2 or 3 years in a B2B sales and customer service in the online sector.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish trusting and collaborative relationships with key clients.

  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other internal departments.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to challenges that arise.

  • High level of motivation and commitment to achieving sales and client retention objectives.

  • High level of English.

  • Communication and negotiation skills.

  • Orientation to results.

  • Knowledge and/or experience in the gaming and betting sector will be a plus.
