Job Purpose:

You will lead and support production and manufacturing operations to deliver safe, high-quality products on time. You will work closely with operations, quality, engineering and planning teams. We value clear communicators who coach teams, solve problems and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing and packaging activities to meet schedules, quality and safety standards.
  • Coach and develop production teams; set clear expectations and provide regular feedback.
  • Support compliance and quality systems through investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), change controls and audit readiness.
  • Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation and system postings.
  • Work with engineering and planning to manage equipment availability, material flow and capacity.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve key performance metrics.


Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations within a regulated environment.
  • Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality management systems.
  • Experience in production operations with supervisory or frontline leadership exposure.
  • Problem-solving experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
  • Ability to use manufacturing systems or enterprise resource planning tools for data posting.
  • Experience with SAP, manufacturing execution systems or inventory management tools.
  • Training or experience in Lean, Six Sigma or operational excellence methods.
  • Experience conducting or supporting audits and audit readiness activities.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills for cross-functional collaboration.
