Job Purpose
GSK is looking to hire a Product Manager to join our Specialty Care Team. This role is a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite at our Mississauga location, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will reside in or near Mississauga, ON.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic and operational plans for a specialty care biologic. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with internal and external partners, and drive the development and execution of omnichannel promotional tactics. Your ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical skills, and influence without authority will be critical to success. You will work closely with sales, training partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize brand performance and support GSK's mission to help Canadians do more, feel better, and live longer.

Details (Your Responsibilities)
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Demonstrate strong team, communication, contribution, and collaboration capabilities
Support strategic and operational plan development and execution with key internal brand cross-functional stakeholders
Display an innovative and agile approach to operationalizing strategies against brand KPIs
Lead commercial projects/programs in collaboration with Marketing, internal teams, and external partners (sales, agency partners, GSK marketing operations, PAAB)
Lead the development and delivery of omnichannel promotional tactics and tools
Align with sales and training teams on brand positioning, business strategy, customer segmentation, and messaging
Measure and track performance of key tactics and rapidly evolve content, channels, and promotional mix
Develop solutions to meet brand objectives based on HCP insight and data
Analyze market dynamics to inform opportunity or mitigation planning
Manage A&P budget to ensure annual brand spends are tracked and on target
Collaborate internally across brands and BU to share best practices
Uphold and demonstrate a strong understanding and application of GSK code/values
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
2+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
Comprehensive grasp of marketing principles, including tactical planning, campaign development, omnichannel activation, and market research
Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Self-motivated, accountable, passionate, and invested in the business
Ability to lead without authority and influence peers
Strength in challenging both self and the status quo
Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively in a team-based environment
Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment
Excellent communication, customer engagement, and presentation skills
Skills in tracking ROI of projects/initiatives
Demonstrated time and project management skills
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance training
Experience working with third-party vendors and agreements
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experience in specialty care pharmaceutical environment
Experience working in markets with complex reimbursement and fulfillment pathways
