As our QC In-Process Control Expert you will be supporting our QC and manufacturing teams in Hungary. You will lead in-process testing strategy, ensure methods are robust and compliant, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, review and maintain in-process control testing methods and procedures to meet regulatory and GMP requirements.

  • Support method verification and validation activities between development, QC and manufacturing.

  • Lead investigations for atypical in-process results and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Monitor in-process data trends and provide recommendations to improve process control and product quality.

  • Provide technical guidance and training to operators on IPC methods and good laboratory practices.

  • Act as a technical SME in cross-functional meetings, audits and inspections.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical/Bioengineering, Pharmacy or related scientific discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a GMP-regulated laboratory or manufacturing environment.

  • Practical experience with in-process control testing, method validation or method verification.

  • Experience supporting investigations, deviations and corrective actions in a regulated setting.

  • Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and data integrity expectations.

  • Fluent in both English and Hungarian languages

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.

  • Experience with analytical techniques used for IPC (for basic microbiology and physical chemical methods,).

  • Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIMS/LES) and computerized system validation.



Working model and location:


This position is mostly on-site due to hands-on laboratory and manufacturing responsibilities, but occasional Home Office days are possible.
