The QC LES Admin Expert is a key person in the administrative management of the LES (Laboratory Execution System) within the QC laboratories of GSK Gödöllő site as Local Business Owner.

Responsibilities:

• Load and configure method templates in LES System (Laboratory Execution System)

• Conducting dry runs, validations of electronic workbooks in LES System

• Support and hold trainings for business users

• Guide the business and QA in the review and approval process of new/updated methods

• Report achievements and escalate issues

• Maintain, ensure life cycle management for the system master data

• Interact with different teams across GSK network (IT, SAP, QC),

• Coordination and execution of deviation, CAPA and change control tasks

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• University Degree in Scientific orientation (Chemist, Biologist, Chemical engineer, etc)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry in GMP environment

• Fluency in both Hungarian and English languages

• Knowledge of MS Office programs

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Working knowledge with LES/LIMS systems

• Experience with SAP

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Analytical mindset

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
