You will be the technical owner for a product or product family across manufacturing sites in India. You will work with cross-functional teams in operations, quality, engineering and external suppliers to keep products safe, robust and ready for patients. Location - Baddi - #LI-Remote
Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Act as the technical product owner: lead technical changes governance, provide guidance on product quality and lifecycle decisions.
- Lead new product introductions and product transfers to other sites or contract manufacturers.
- Investigate and resolve deviations, complaints and technical issues to minimise waste and protect quality.
- Assess and approve technical changes, update risk assessments and product control strategies.
- Create and review technical documentation: specifications, validation plans, qualification reports and periodic product reviews.
- Work with suppliers and sites on component qualification, material change assessments and supplier technical queries.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical operations, MSAT or product ownership.
- Experience in new product introduction, technology transfer or lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strong understanding of product quality requirements.
- Proven ability to lead technical investigations, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Good communication skills in English and ability to work across functions and sites.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience with packaging components, primary containers or device qualification.
- Experience in sterile products, liquids, solids or topical dosage forms.
- Experience with validation protocols, qualification activities and risk assessments (FMEA, TRA).
- Familiarity with data analysis, statistical tools or digital product lifecycle tools.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation across geographies and cultures.
- Strong stakeholder management and supplier collaboration skills.
Work model
This position is with an expectation to be on-site (Baddi) for key activities such as line trials, transfers and cross-functional meetings.
