Our cross-functional team is engaged in the development of a new initiative within the Headway Inc ecosystem. As a marketing team, we work across the full marketing funnel: from positioning and messaging to acquisition, retention, and monetization - running rapid experiments, scaling winning channels, and using real data to shape the product's long-term growth strategy.

Be part of a cross-functional team where your ideas shape not only marketing campaigns, but also product positioning, messaging, and user experience.
Generate bold creative concepts and turn them into experiments - testing formats and narratives to see what truly resonates.
Combine creativity with data - analyzing performance, drawing insights, and scaling ideas that work.
What will you do:
Generate creative hypothesesbased on user research, market trends, and performance data.
Develop concepts and scriptsfor video, static, and interactive creatives.
Prepare clear briefsfor designers, copywriters, and actors/UGC creators to execute efficiently.
Analyze test results(A/B & experiments), extract insights, and iterate on the approach.
Stay on top of trendsacross social platforms, the advertising industry, and broader culture.
Participate in workshops and brainstormswith team leads and cross-functional partners.
Document experiments(what worked/what didn't).
What do you need to join us:
1+ year of experience in performance marketing(SMM, Content Producer, UGC Creator, Creative Marketing Specialist, Creative Producer).
Solid grasp of performance marketing fundamentalsand the role creative plays in driving results.
Idea generation mindset:produce unconventional ideas and frame them as testable hypotheses.
Structured, systematic work stylewith strong organization and follow-through.
Analytical thinking:comfortable with marketing metrics, experimentation, and large data sets.
Critical evaluation skills:assess concepts, identify potential, and improve them based on data.
English levelB1 or higher.
Alignment with thevalues of our team(SELECT).

Working schedule
