What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations

• Coordinate work assignments and provide on-the-floor guidance to team members

• Monitor equipment, materials, and workflows to maintain productivity targets

• Promote a strong safety culture and support compliance with operational standards

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team in a production or industrial setting

• Strong working knowledge of plant operations, safety practices, and equipment use

• Ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing conditions

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset

• Commitment to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement

What We Offer

• Starting Pay $26.50 per hour DOE
