Responsibility:

• Ensure reliability and availability of production and utility assets through a proactive RCM approach.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain HACS within the EAM/CMMS and support the SPM program.
• Drive maintenance strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and optimize asset lifecycles.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives based on TPM principles.
• Own and govern Management of Change (MOC) and maintenance compliance processes.
• Ensure safe maintenance practices and full adherence to food and safety standards.
• Embed food and safety requirements into EAM/CMMS maintenance tasks, plans, and BOMs.
• Capture AM Step 5 conditions and Q-points within HACS.
• Monitor, control, and ensure high-quality EAM/CMMS data.
• Enable strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Maintenance Engineering network.
