That is why we are looking for a Head of Food Service to lead our Food Service channel in Spain, across organised chains and key wholesalers/distributors.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially sharp, highly autonomous builder who wants to shape the future of Food Service at Heura and turn opportunity into scalable growth. You will set the direction for the channel, lead a high-performing team, manage strategic customers and distributors, and play a key role in expanding Heura's presence and relevance in Food Service.

🎯 The Challenge

As Head of Food Service, you will:

  • Own and accelerate Heura's Food Service growth in Spain across organised chains and key wholesalers/distributors

  • Define where to play and how to win by identifying the highest-potential segments, customers, and routes to market

  • Lead the channel's commercial agenda end to end, from customer development and distributor strategy to pricing and P&L delivery

  • Directly manage selected strategic accounts and key distributor relationships

  • Lead the most strategic negotiations and unlock high-impact partnerships

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to turn market opportunities into scalable commercial wins

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering ambition, accountability, speed, and excellence in execution

💫You'll thrive in this role if you bring

  • A strong connection to our mission and the ambition to translate it into meaningful business impact

  • 6+ years of experience in Food Service, managing key accounts, distributor networks, and high-impact commercial negotiations

  • Deep knowledge of the Spanish Food Service market, including organised chains and key wholesalers/distributors

  • A highly autonomous, hands-on approach and the confidence to make decisions in complex environments

  • Strong commercial instinct and the ability to spot opportunities, move fast, and unlock growth

  • A builder mindset: you enjoy opening doors, challenging the status quo, and creating new paths where none exist

  • Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and change in a fast-moving environment

  • A strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and the drive to make things happen
