At IDOM, we are looking to hire a Senior Strategy Consultant specializing in Mining and Metals, Infrastructure, and Energy, with proven experience in the sector, to strengthen and grow our strategic consulting practice. The candidate will play a key role in leading strategy projects related to this industry (market studies, investment attraction strategies, pre-feasibility studies, business case development, etc.), as well as in the commercial development and positioning of IDOM in the mining and metals, infrastructure, and energy sectors at an international level. We are looking for:

ABOUT YOU

• Higher Degree in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar (Master's Degree in Finance or MBA will be valued)
• You have 6-10 years of experience in Consulting/Advisory with a focus on energy, infrastructure, or metals.
• Solid knowledge of energy markets and the value chain (generation, networks, storage, hydrogen, etc.)
• Knowledge of the sector (mining, metals, smelting, steel, non-ferrous metals) with strong exposure to strategy, investments, or business development and in-depth knowledge of the mining and metallurgy value chain.
• Experience in infrastructure (water, waste management, roads, etc.)
• Strong analytical and financial skills (CAPEX/OPEX, IRR, NPV).
• Clear commercial focus and ability to build trust with senior clients.
• High level of English.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects.
• Ability to work in a team and technical rigor.
• Autonomy and innovative mindset.
