THE ROLE

We're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Union City, California. Reporting directly to the Branch's Operations Supervisor, as a Support & Cleaning Staff Member, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.
 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
• Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition;
• Moving and parking vans or picking clients from the airport;
• Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
• Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Valid Driver's licence and ability to drive a van (plus);
• Availability to work 5 per week, with shifts from 8am to 6pm;
• Fluent in English (mandatory) ;
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
• Previous experience preparing cars for a car dealer or rent-a-car (plus);
• Eye for cleanliness and inspection;
• Communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability.
