We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Hardware Engineer with solid experience in the design and development of complex digital boards, preferably for high‑performance or mission‑critical systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of designing FPGA/SoC/microcontroller‑based hardware, managing high‑speed interfaces, and ensuring robust performance, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.

• Design digital hardware boards based on FPGA, SoC, and microcontrollers, including power delivery stages, clock distribution networks, and associated architectures.
• Develop high‑speed digital designs, ensuring proper layout considerations for interfaces such as DDR, Gigabit Ethernet, PCIe, and JESD.
• Integrate and validate high‑speed ADCs/DACs.
• Define and implement EMI/EMC protection strategies.
• Work with VME and OpenVPX architectures.
• Use engineering tools for schematic capture, circuit simulation (e.g., Matlab, LTSpice), and signal/power integrity analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure robust hardware solutions that meet project requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital hardware engineering.
• Strong knowledge of FPGA/SoC/microcontroller‑based board design.
• Experience with high‑speed signal design and layout (DDR, Gigabit Ethernet, PCIe, JESD).
• Expertise in high‑speed ADC/DAC integration.
• Solid understanding of EMI/EMC protection methods.
• Experience working with VME or OpenVPX architectures.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and simulation tools (e.g., Matlab, LTSpice) and signal/power integrity analysis tools.
• High‑level English proficiency.

• Experience with Mentor Xpedition Designer.
• Knowledge of HyperLynx.
• Experience with HPS (Hardware Processing System).
