We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager.

What will your challenges be?

  • Ensure the efficiency of the order-to-cash process for the clients under your responsibility: Amazon Vendor / Seller, Carrefour, Corte Inglés, Eroski, Bon Preu, Clarel, Sorli, pharmaceutical wholesalers, Travel Retail (Dufry, Heinemann, etc.), including reverse logistics and incident management.
  • Track clients and the team using KPIs (OTIF, Case Fill Rate, Productivity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the Demand Planning / Logistics teams to ensure accurate needs forecasting (warehouse / production).
  • Provide quick and efficient solutions to client challenges.
  • Build relationships with clients and various Isdin departments to achieve set objectives.
  • Use KPIs / client feedback to implement improvements and gain efficiencies.
  • Ensure the Customer Care area is aligned with Isdin's purpose.
  • Empower the team: develop the team's skills in client management.
  • Guarantee a positive employee experience: ensure the well-being and emotional stability of the team and promote recognition.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: Higher University Degree.
  • Experience: at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and in areas related to consumer goods clients and Amazon.
  • Languages: C1 English
  • IT: Excel. CRM Salesforce Knowledge and ERP SAP knowledge.
