What is the objective of this project and what does it consist of?

In the IT&S Development department, we are looking for a Portfolio Partner to join the team. The position will be located in Bilbao (Spain) and the selected person will be responsible for managing IT projects end to end in order to deploy information systems to improve the company's efficiency. This person will also manage the relationship with some of the Areas and Processes in the Organization in order to manage and achieve their IT requirements.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the relationship with some Areas and Processes within the Organization.

Coordinate and lead follow-up meetings with Areas: in order to monitor IT projects and initiatives, as well as to understand and manage any new Area requirement.

Identification, data gathering and launch of projects and initiatives related to the Areas and Processes

IT projects Planning: defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.

Resources and Budget Management: ensuring the allocation of project resources and managing project budget.

Team Management and Communication: facilitating team coordination and keeping stakeholders informed.

Risk and Quality Control: ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and identifying project risks and their correspondent mitigation actions.

What profile are we looking for?

Education: University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience in: more than 5 years experience in project management, change management, budget management and team management. It is also required experience in some of these areas: supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and quality management.

Knowledge in:

IT systems (SAP, Siemens, Microsoft)

Project Management

Change Management

Lean Management

Supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and/or quality management

Lenguages: Spanish and fluent english

Soft Skills:

Cross-functional team management

Ability to work with different stakeholders

Communication

Problem-solving and decision-making

You have experience and capabilities in IT project management and in achieving goals and coordinating teams effectively

You have experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing or quality management

Who will I work with (in my team and in collaboration with other areas)?

You will work with IT&S Development team in collaboration with IT&S Department (applications, infrastructure, security and maintenance) and multiple Company Areas and locations where IT&S project are required

What is the location?

Zamudio (Bilbao) Depending on the project travelling to other ITP locations may be required.
