As a Controlling & Inventory - Senior Financial Analyst, IMFT Technology & Data Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in a global business transformation initiative aimed at modernizing and harmonizing core finance operations-specifically within the areas of Controlling and Inventory.
As a member of the transformation team, the Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with Global Process Owners in our Value Stream Teams, Technical Product Owners, System Integrators and other Transformational Programs to capture business requirements, support process design, and ensure successful build, testing, and deployment of Controlling and Inventory processes.
This position is integral to the Innovative Medicine Finance Transformation (IMFT) program supporting the design and implementation of future-state Finance processes as part of a major ERP (S4/Hana) deployment, enabling the transition from multiple legacy systems to a unified, standardized digital platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a finance transformation in the Innovative Medicine space, shaping the future of finance operations and contributing to patient-centric outcomes.
You will be responsible for
Overall responsibilities
• Take a leading role in representing the finance function in the cross functional discussions relating to Controlling & Inventory (in particular MAKE and R&D)
• Support the Controlling & Inventory Finance Lead with the Global Finance Transformation Initiative including all aspects of an ERP/S4Hana design, build & deployment; specifically for Controlling & Inventory Processes.
• Collaborate with IMFT & IM Transcend Global Process Owners & functional teams to capture and define design requirements for Controlling & Inventory Processes.
• In collaboration with the Controlling & Inventory Finance Lead, support in managing the interdependencies with other transformational programs such as Signifi/Transact in the Controlling & Inventory areas.
• In collaboration with the Technical Product Owners (TPO) and System Integrator ensure the Global Template is designed & built to meet the business requirements utilizing the latest technology capabilities.
Process Design
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners to understand the business requirements & capture these requirements for inclusion in the design process.
• Collaborate with the Finance Technical Process Owners (TPO) & System Integrator team in designing future Controlling & Inventory Processes
• Document future design as part of Global Template build
Build
• Support TPO & System Integrator Teams in building the proposed design in S4/Hana
• Actively participate in Build Demos, review & provide feedback
• Take leading role in ensuring business requirements are being met in the build
Data Validation & Testing
• Collaborate closely with the Master Data team to ensure the data set-up is correct for Controlling & Inventory Processes.
• Ensure the processes built in the development system achieve the business requirements and provide feedback to TPO's & System Integrator Team as required
• Support the deployment team during the testing cycles as required
Hypercare
• Support the deployment team during Hypercare as required

The anticipated base pay range for this position in Ireland is 52,400.00 - 94,100.00 EUR
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees' and companies' performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
