About Neurovascular
Neurovascular is a specialized medical device business operating in a highly regulated, procedure-driven clinical environment. The business supports neurointerventional physicians through education-driven product execution, hands-on clinical training, and close collaboration with Sales, Clinical, and cross-functional teams to enable safe, effective, and compliant use of Neurovascular technologies.
We are searching for the best talent for Marketing Specialist to be in Seoul.
Position Summary:
This role plays a key role in supporting both business operations and education-driven marketing execution for the Neurovascular™ business, with a strong focus on clinical training, hands-on programs, and procedure-based product support. The position contributes to business performance by enabling operational excellence, effective execution of product strategies, and close cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Deliver, Regulatory, and other internal teams.
You will be responsible for:
Business Operations
- Support daily sales and business operations, including sales returns, backorder monitoring, inventory coordination, and delivery-related follow-ups
- Manage sample-related operations, including sample request processing, allocation, distribution, tracking, and return management
- Support sales and channel data management in close collaboration with internal teams and distributors
- Support budget execution activities, including purchase order processing, invoice handling, payment tracking, and accrual coordination
- Provide operational and coordination support to the Business Unit Lead and Marketing / Sales managers to ensure smooth business and field execution
Product Management & Marketing Execution
- Assist Product Manager with internal processes, documentation, and basic reporting related to product initiatives
- Assist in planning and execution of professional education programs for HCPs, Sales teams, and Distributors
- Support development, localization, and lifecycle management of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements
- Support hands-on product training and clinical education programs, including preparation of devices, vessel models, and procedure-related materials for Neurovascular hands-on workshops and case-based learning sessions
Compliance & Process Support
- Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., HCC, RA, CQ) to support internal control-related activities under established procedures
- Support required compliance registrations and submissions for product, marketing materials, events, and digital content
- Ensure assigned business activities are executed in accordance with internal SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (including Internship or contractor)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft tools (data entry, simple formulas, data management)
- Good communication skills in both Korean and English
- Strong interest in business operation and product marketing
- Strong attention to detail, a structured way of thinking, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
