Your role

• Coordinating, supervising and supporting the teaching team.

• Training and mentoring teachers to ensure high-quality teaching standards.

• Conducting educational management tasks, including academic planning, scheduling, student follow-up, assessments and internal quality processes.

• Organising academic activities, workshops, exams and audits.

• Acting as the main pedagogical contact for families, providing guidance and regular feedback on students' progress.

• Monitoring students' academic development and supporting their learning journey.

• Teaching English classes to children and teenagers when required.

• Ensuring the correct implementation of the Kids&Us methodology and educational standards.

What you need

• Advanced English level (C1,C2 level)

• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Teaching Kids&Us experience

• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record
