The Role

Buscamos un Administrador Middleware responsable de la gestión, operación y soporte de las plataformas de servidores de aplicaciones y servicios web empresariales. La persona en este rol garantizará la estabilidad, disponibilidad, escalabilidad y continuidad de los entornos Middleware, brindando soporte al ciclo de desarrollo y operación de aplicaciones corporativas.

Who You Are

Responsabilidades principales

• Administrar, operar y mantener plataformas Middleware (APACHE, JBOSS, TOMCAT, WEBLOGIC).

• Asegurar la estabilidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad de los servidores de aplicaciones.

• Gestionar despliegues, configuraciones y actualizaciones en los entornos Middleware.

• Monitorear servicios web, contenedores de aplicaciones y balanceadores.

• Administrar certificados digitales y garantizar su disponibilidad y correcta configuración.

• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura y seguridad para asegurar la adecuada operación del ciclo de vida del software.

• Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes, problemas y cuellos de botella en las plataformas.

• Elaborar documentación técnica y procedimientos operativos.

• Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de la arquitectura Middleware.

Formación académica

• Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o áreas afines.

Experiencia

A partir de 4 años de experiencia en:

• Manejo de contenedores de aplicaciones y servidores: APACHE, JBOSS, TOMCAT, WEBLOGIC.

• Servicios web (SOAP/REST) y su monitoreo.

• Gestión de certificados digitales (SSL/TLS).

• Balanceo básico de carga y entornos distribuidos.

• Conocimientos en sistemas Linux/Unix (deseable).

• Familiaridad con automatización y scripting (Bash, Python, etc.) (deseable).

• Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.) (
