About us
Revup is built to simplify complex global payment processes for enterprise-level e-commerce and fintech clients. This is your opportunity to lay the foundation for something transformative from the ground up.
We are an all-in-one platform well-positioned and ready to achieve significant growth in the fintech sector, especially in payment orchestration. We provide businesses with seamless access to global payment solutions and have been doing so for over four years. Focusing on revenue optimisation, we offer card processing and alternative payment methods enhanced by smart routing, fraud prevention, and an intuitive system dashboard.
Backed by a team of payment and fraud experts, Revup is designed to maximise revenue, reduce costs, and improve the payment experience - all through a single API integration.
About the role
We're hiring a Junior Sales Executive to become the operational backbone of a small, high-impact commercial team. You'll support senior sellers, keep the pipeline running cleanly, and learn the payments orchestration business from the inside out.
You will play a crucial part in prospecting, lead qualification, CRM ownership, and event coordination - ensuring the senior team can focus 100% on closing complex enterprise deals. Your ability to stay organised, move fast, and follow through will be essential in accelerating our commercial success.
If you're the type who gets energised by learning, values discipline over shortcuts, and wants your work to matter immediately, this is worth your time.
Your mission
Sales operations & CRM ownership
- Own HubSpot CRM end-to-end: activities, notes, next steps, deal stages, reporting, and dashboards - you are the knowledge owner
- Keep senior salespeople accountable by ensuring admin, follow-ups, and pipeline data are always accurate and up to date
- Support proposal follow-up, commercial coordination, and internal reporting
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and contribute to reliable sales forecasting
Prospecting & lead generation
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) - and use AI tools and automation (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT, Clay) to research, enrich, and scale prospecting efforts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, need, and timing
- Book discovery meetings for the senior sales team
- Research prospects, industries, and decision-makers across the payments and merchant services landscape using both traditional methods and data-driven, tech-enabled approaches
Event & conference support
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and merchant meetings - outreach, scheduling, and follow-through
- Ensure merchants are engaged before, during, and after key commercial events
Market pressure & growth
- Help elevate the entire team's performance by setting the standard for what great operational execution looks like
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless lead follow-up and campaign support
- Learn Revup's payment orchestration solutions and be able to explain the core value proposition clearly and confidently
Requirements
Must have
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a commercial role
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and objection handling
- Organised, coachable, and reliable - you do what you say you'll do
- Positive energy with a strong work ethic
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you're a self-starter who adapts quickly and doesn't need hand-holding
- Tech-savvy and curious: comfortable using AI tools, automation, and data to work smarter - you see technology as a multiplier, not a nice-to-have
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of digital business, e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Hands-on with AI and prospecting tools: experience using AI assistants, lead enrichment platforms, or sales automation tools to improve outreach quality and efficiency
- Startup or scale-up experience: you've been part of building something from the ground up and understand the intensity and opportunity that comes with it
