About the Job
The Poland Business Development Executive will play a key role in supporting Livo's first phase of scaling in the Polish market. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone early in their career, eager to learn, and excited to operate at the intersection of operations, client support, and commercial execution.
You will work closely with the Business Development Director Poland and cross-functional teams in Spain and Italy, helping set up foundations for growth, coordinating early deployments, and ensuring that processes run smoothly. Given our focus, a solid understanding of the Polish healthcare landscape and how it operates will be a significant asset in navigating this market.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, map, and outreach to key decision-makers (CEOs, Medical Directors, HR Heads) within Polish healthcare providers and corporations.
End-to-End Sales Support: Lead initial discovery calls, deliver compelling product demos, and assist in negotiating commercial terms for early adopters.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage with local industry influencers, associations, and distributors to accelerate brand awareness and lead flow.
Bidding & Proposals: Support the preparation of commercial proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring they are tailored to the nuances of the Polish medical procurement process.
Market setup and coordination: support the operational setup of Livo in Poland, helping structure processes, documentation, and workflows needed for early-stage scaling.
Client deployment support: assist in the onboarding of the first Polish clients, coordinating with the AM/Tech teams and ensuring smooth execution of early implementations.
Data collection & insights: gather feedback from healthcare stakeholders, analyze usage data, and synthesize insights to help adapt the product and operations to the Polish market.
Cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align priorities and support Poland-specific needs.
Market research: support competitive analysis, demand behavior mapping, and other research activities-including tracking trends within the Polish medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
Administrative and operational support: contribute to day-to-day activities such as preparing materials for clients, updating dashboards, and supporting internal reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
~3 years of experience in operations, consulting, customer success, project coordination, sales, or similar roles (internships included).
Sector Experience: Experience in SaaS, HRTech, or Healthtech is a plus. Previous experience as a Medical Representative (Przedstawiciel Medyczny/Handlowy) or a deep understanding of the Polish healthcare system (NFZ, private medical providers, etc.) is highly valued.
Market Fluency: You understand the nuances of the Polish business environment and can communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Proactive attitude: A problem-solving mindset-comfortable working with ambiguity and building from scratch.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and productivity tools.
Languages: Native/Fluent in Polish; strong command of English (C1).
