Availability: start at the end of August -6 months (renewable up to 1 year).
From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.

Are you looking to launch your HR career in an international, fast-paced retail environment? Join our Mediterranean HR team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, CSR, HR Systems, and Internal Communication - supporting our employees across our region.
POSITION
We are currently looking for an HR Talent Development Advisor to join the HR team for 6 months (extendable up to 1 year), at Madrid Head Office. The successful candidate will join an international & dynamic environment to give support to the HR team and retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Turkey & Kazakhstan)
The HR Talent Development Advisor will report directly to the C&B Coordinator and Talent Dev and CSR Manager of Mediterranean and work closely to the C&B and overall HR team.
Talent Development
- Support Talent Reviews presentation
- Support the RISE performance campaign and OMR process
- Supporting in preparation and delivering a regional RISE webinar refresher and provide weekly progress recaps to managers
- Contribute to Career Compass, Pulse Survey and other Group Initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Assist in candidate assessment and cultural-fit evaluation
- Data analysis
- Support employer branding and school/university partnerships
CSR & Employee Engagement
- Act as main point of contact for disability-employment subcontract partners (renewals, newcomers, resignations)
- Support regional CSR initiatives (Disability Inclusion, Women's Empowerment, Employee Engagement)
Internal HR Communication
- Support internal HR communications (Weekly meetings, announcements, campaign updates)
- Prepare presentations and materials for talent, CSR and engagement initiatives.
Resorts Coordination
- Missions: Coordinate regional and EMEA staff assignments for resort locations.
- Seasonal Monitoring and follow up, communication with stakeholders and employees.
Events & Systems
- Help coordinate attendee confirmation and content for HR events and trainings
- Ownership of local IT mobility systems to track employee movements, transfers, and team reassignments across the region, across all local retail applications (NEMO, ICON, Devices).
HR Cost Controlling & Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate benefits administration across the region, supporting local teams with implementation and communication
- Support HR invoicing and financial administration process, managing vendor creations, SAP Purchase Orders (POs), payment tracking, and monthly closings to ensure 100% on-time execution for C&B.
- Drive vendor management and financial compliance, maintaining daily communication with external partners to resolve payment queries.
