🌟 The Role

As a Technical Project Manager at Loyal Guru, you will lead the technical onboarding and deployment of our SaaS product for mid-to-large-sized companies. You will own the client relationship throughout the integration process, leveraging your deep technical background to guarantee a smooth and successful experience. This role requires you to be the bridge between expert project management and a profound understanding of APIs, architectural patterns, and client systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of product rollout projects, managing scope and technical risks to ensure delivery is in line with contractual commitments.

• Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to analyze technical and functional requirements and define the optimal integration strategy.

• Act as the primary technical expert on the Loyal Guru API, explaining its features, data models, and authentication methods to client developers and architects.

• Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for delivery, using strong interpersonal skills to build trust and an excellent working relationship.

• Create and prioritize the delivery roadmap based on business value and technical risk.

• Proactively coordinate delivery tasks between internal and external teams to make things happen.

• Accurately monitor client projects with appropriate metrics, including status reports, risk management, and budget tracking.

• Ensure contractual commitments and deadlines are met, diplomatically protecting teams from unproductive distractions.

🎯 Your Profile:

• You have 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, with a mandatory background as a Software Developer, Solutions Architect, or a similar hands-on technical role.

• You have a solid understanding of project management methodologies (knowledge of PMBOK is essential).

• You have a deep understanding of APIs, data modeling, system integration patterns, and Software as a Service (SaaS) principles.

• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (C1), with a proven ability to build empathetic, trust-based relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

• You have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, combined with a highly organized and structured approach to your work.

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or have equivalent work experience).

Desirable Skills:

• PMP certification.

• Previous experience in the Retail sector.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Spanish and French - B2 level
