As a Digital Account Executive,you lead our most valued customers into the digital age. Embracing a challenger mindset, the successful Account Executive manages, orchestrates and leads their virtual teams and closes opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes.

• You determine the priority for each account in the portfolio, identify and orchestrate resources and sales plays to execute against prioritization, and help customers drive value from existing Microsoft investments.

• You collaborate with others, both internally across teams and externally to Microsoft to achieve revenue targets.

• You identify and qualify opportunities and pursue through lifecycle and drive adoption through to cross-sell/upsell to new opportunities.

• You stay up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions, using knowledge to engage with customers and with internal teams.

• You develop and implement a plan to build and maintain product and solution expertise.

• You develop relationships across an extended team and embraces partners to scale business; ensures sales consumption and adoption goals on target.

• Fluency at a professional level in Swedish and English is essential.

• Sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work experience
