Demand Fulfilment Planner :
Responsibilities
Demand Planning :
Collect forecast assumption from GHH business team and understand drivers for demand changes. Review demand planning scenario and adjust accordingly based on latest marketing intelligence. These activities include the review of demand from Tender, NIP, reimbursement, and supply allocation
Identify risks, opportunities, and assessing internal and external impact to markets.
Perform demand data cleansing and generate statistical demand forecast for non Demand Planning Automation (DPA) SKUs.
Review SKU on scope under DPA and getting alignment with business
Review statistical forecast outlier of DPA SKUs that been generated by COE (Centre Of Excellence). Inform COE if need any profile adjustment based on latest marketing intelligence.
Review Forecast KPI and demand changes performance. Submit exception commentary for Global Demand Consolidation.
Facilitate Demand Review (Pre-S&OP) by Franchises/ Product Families.
Download consensus demand planning and send to Market Finance for dollarization. Work with Market Finance to obtain MD/ FD approval
Update and commit the approved consensus demand forecast into Rapid Response before 1st Saturday 2nd Friday every month.
Support portfolio planning activities such as new product launch, network transfer, divestiture, source change, financial supply chain change and product life cycle management. Review demand signals - closely monitor and aligned to phase-in/ phase-out timeline.
Support Market S&OP. Follow up corrective and mitigation action.
Update demand planning parameter and master data maintenance
Replenishment Planning:
Maintain clean demand signal to the site, weekly review, and take action on replenishment planning exception (pull in/ push out/ expiry)
Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential supply risk. When supply and demand are not aligned, use the SCEM Tier Structure to start the conversation with site/E2E planning on the changed requirement and escalate up the Tier structure where needed.
Communicate supply constraints and issues to relevant stakeholders
Partnering with AP (Asia Pacific) Order Management team to ensure finished goods Sales Order and Purchase Order timeliness and accuracy
Follow up FG post-release activities with Site Logistic, Shipping Documentation team and Regional Distribution & Logistic Team. Escalate critical shipment when appropriate.
Ensure correct mode of transportation is used, support the analysis of air to ocean conversion, provide justification for air expedite request.
Partnering with Regulatory Affair to address and mitigate supply impact from Regulatory changes. Manage demand signal together with Site Planner and E2E to ensure material cut over, prebuild inventory and remaining shelf-life expectation are aligned to market regulatory guidelines.
Conduct IQV risk assessment on finish good inventory that still residing at sites. For all batches/events which are above 100k USD write-off risk, a root-cause needs to be performed and a risk level needs to be assigned. The division which might cause the discard will need to be identified.
Review Supply Planning Automation (SPA) performance.
Update supply planning parameter and master data maintenance

Avoid financial loss by minimizing discard cost
Establish proper allocation of inventory risk at different supply chain nodes and item class level.
Review product shelf life and ensure product movement beyond expiration.
Select cost effective and efficient transportation routing and modes.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
· Fresh Graduates may apply.
Proven experience in effectively managing demand planning and fulfillment processes for more than 3 years
Deep understanding of Business dynamics and Supply Chain
Related experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment or related production industry experience required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skill
Experience in using ERP systems and advanced Excel/ Microsoft Power BI skills for data analysis and management.
Experience in using Kinaxis Rapid Response is highly preferred
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to rapidly changing business conditions.
Excellent attention to detail.
Keen driver for process improvement
Ability to travel as required.
