Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director - National Retail Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and strengthen our partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. What You'll Do:
- Develop and lead the national retail Key Account Management strategy, aligned with company objectives and commercial goals.
- Guide the teams in building long-term value-based partnerships and solution-oriented engagement with key accounts.
- Define clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics to drive sustainable growth. Sponsor G2N models implementation and ensure alignment with key stakeholders towards setting right targets, optimizing processes, and trade activities.
- Set right governance for different interactions and commercial processes. Contribute to commercial contract terms creation and manage the contracting process with selected Key Accounts, if applicable.
- Oversee the creation and execution of account-specific business plans and targets, incorporating product positioning, pricing strategies, and tailored solutions.
- Utilize internal and external data analytics resources to gain deep insight into account dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal business leaders (regional and local incl. senior management) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution at the point of sale while monitoring the progress of market penetration strategies.
- Ensure all KAM activities are conducted in full alignment with the company's compliance policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

- Necessary requirements:
Minimum:
- A degree in business, economy, marketing or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on sales, people management, and key account management.
- People management experience is an asset.
- Retail pharmacy chain accounts experience in Poland is a must. Retail wholesale accounts experience in Poland is an asset.
- Proven track record of success in previous roles.
- Strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, analytical and critical thinking abilities, and a demonstrated ability to align and resolve complex issues while building robust partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in English and excellent command of Office programs and Power BI.
Preferred:
- Retail experience with vaccines is preferred.
- Solid understanding of business and financial principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
