Business Development Trainee

Your key responsibilities will be

• Support in acquiring new clients: identifying business opportunities and generating leads.

• Participate in discovery meetings with potential clients, helping to understand their needs and representing North's vision from day one.

• Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals, collaborating with the team to craft compelling and tailored pitches.

• Represent North at in-person events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings - bringing energy and embodying our studio culture.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential clients.

• Manage and update prospect and opportunity databases - HubSpot CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on generated opportunities.

You will bring to the table

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

• Interest in the commercial area and business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Fluent level of Spanish and an intermediate/high level of English is a plus.
