Nuitée is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for our LiteAPI product.

You will be the hands-on technical owner of a core product, and the right hand of our Director of Engineering. The role is backend-heavy, product-facing, and high ownership. You should enjoy being deep in the code, close to the product, stakeholders, and even customers, while also acting as a technical leader involved in strategic decisions.

A good way to think of it is that it's a very hands-on, quasi-CTO for the product.

This role fits someone who:

is very strong in Go
has balanced hands-on work with leadership, product, and stakeholder management
has built and launched products at high-growth startups
is comfortable in backend/API and infrastructure-heavy environments
has the judgment to make good calls in ambiguous situations
is a strong communicator who can represent the product and inspire others
likes moving fast and taking initiative

Nuitée is fast-moving, low on process, and high on agency. That works very well for people who like momentum and ownership, and less so for people who prefer things to be neatly structured before they get going.
