In this role, you'll help shape the future of mortgage origination for the Dutch market by combining mortgage knowledge, regulatory insight, and a strong interest in product innovation. As a Business Analyst for Mortgage Origination, you'll work at the intersection of business, rules, and technology. Together with the team, your focus will be on translating changing regulations and customer needs into smart, reliable, and compliant mortgage calculation and assessment logic.

You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across calculations, product, and technology, and play an active role in discovery sessions, customer conversations, and RFPs. Your input will help improve the mortgage platform and keep it future-ready in a market that never stands still.

• You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the Dutch mortgage domain.
• You have practical experience as an advisor or underwriter, which is a strong advantage.
• You are fluent in Dutch and communicate well in English.
• You understand Dutch mortgage calculations and the wider regulatory landscape.
• You have an affinity with software product development and enjoy building smart, scalable solutions.
• You are a critical thinker who quickly gets to the real need behind a customer's request.
• You like taking ownership and contributing beyond your core area of expertise.
