We are looking for a Change Management & Internal Communications Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how transformation is experienced across Manufacturing EMEA.
This role sits at the heart of a major operational and digital evolution, supporting employees through change while building strong, engaging internal communication from the ground up.
You will connect people, strategy, and purpose across multiple countries and cultures, ensuring colleagues feel informed, involved, and supported throughout the journey.
On a typical day you will
Work closely with Manufacturing, HR, IT and Corporate Communications to shape and deliver clear, engaging internal messages
Translate complex transformation initiatives into meaningful stories that resonate with frontline and office-based teams
Partner with factory leaders to support business objectives through effective communication and change activities
Create opportunities for dialogue, feedback, and trust during periods of change
Responsibilities
Design and implement an internal communications strategy for Manufacturing EMEA aligned with business priorities and transformation milestones
Create and manage engaging communication formats such as newsletters, town halls, leadership messages, and digital collaboration spaces
Support strategic change initiatives including AI, ERP, and configurator projects through structured communication and change management approaches
Develop narratives and materials that make change tangible, relevant, and human for employees
Coordinate communication, training, and rollout activities across sites, countries, and functions
Partner with HR, IT, Operations, plant leadership, and employee representatives to ensure alignment and impact
Promote manufacturing sites as environments of innovation, talent, and purpose
Encourage collaboration, best practice sharing, and employee involvement across locations
What you will need to be successful
A strong foundation in internal communications, change management, HR, or project environments within complex organizations
The ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholder groups and cultures
A clear, inclusive communication style that makes complex topics easy to understand
An understanding of manufacturing or operational environments and their people dynamics
Comfort working across multiple countries and functions in a matrix organization
Fluency in English and at least one additional EMEA language
