About the Role

We are looking for a motivated (Junior) Debt Recovery Specialist to join our European Operations Center. In this role, you will support the Finance team by managing outstanding receivables and maintaining clear, professional communication with our customers.

This position is ideal for someone at an early stage of their finance career who wants to grow in an international and purpose-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of overdue customer accounts

• Contact customers via phone and email regarding payments

• Set up and document payment plans

• Process payments and support cash allocation

• Ensure accurate account reconciliation

• Support collection targets and quality standards

What Is Expected From You

• 1-2 years of experience in collections, billing, or accounts receivable (or relevant internships)

• Fluency in Swedish/ Norwegian and English (C1+)

• Basic understanding of collection and reconciliation processes

• Confident with Excel; ERP experience (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus

• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style

• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
