Requisitos

  • Demonstrated understanding of PepsiCo’s business, the marketplace / competitor landscape and key food and beverage trends and initiatives both internally and externally

The Director of Business Strategy serves a key role in the Office of the PFUS CEO, shaping the enterprise‑level strategic priorities and supporting the Chief of Staff and CEO. This role strengthens the Office of the PFUS CEO by leading structured, analytics‑driven problem solving across functions and operating units, supporting strategic decision‑making, and identifying opportunities for Growth Acceleration. The Director develops concise, high‑impact content for senior leadership, acts as an ongoing thought partner, and manages cross-functional deliverables, with frequent exposure to PFUS ExComm.

This role reports into the Chief of Staff to the PFUS Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an extension of the Chief of Staff providing support to develop content, manage and execute key action items for PFUS leadership forums, including NA OpComm, NA ExComm, SMM, Board of Directors and PepsiCo's Executive Committee.
  • Build "Executive ready" project deliverables, including briefs and presentations for leadership engagements, town halls, and cross‑functional communications.
  • Partner closely with Comms, Industry Relations, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align on messaging, business performance inputs, and execution of PFUS Turnaround Priorities
  • Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams related to PFUS and 1NA priorities, ensuring alignment across PBUS and PFUS Chief of Staff teams.
  • Maintain visibility across emerging business challenges and connect the Chief of Staff to critical business issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Thought partnership to the PFUS CEO, Chief of Staff and other PFUS ExComm leaders on critical topics including 2027 Growth Acceleration
  • Manage special projects on behalf of the Chief of Staff and PFUS CEO, including executive deliverables, leadership requests, and strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
