We are currently recruiting a Head Bridal Seamstress/Fitter for our London store who will be responsible for delivering a unique shopping experience aligned to Pronovias standards, ensuring the achievement of your sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the daily and weekly agenda of fittings and alterations, ensuring all gowns are ready on time for each appointment.

• Lead and supervise the seamstress team, ensuring all alterations meet Pronovias' quality standards and deadlines.

• Conduct fittings following Pronovias protocols, advising clients on necessary alterations and recommending accessories to complete the total look.

• Oversee complex alterations and provide technical support to the team when needed.

• Ensure accurate registration of all alterations performed in the system.

• Maintain the atelier's image and workspace, in line with Pronovias' visual and brand standards.

• Train, motivate and develop the alterations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

We are seeking someone with solid experience in made-to-measure dressmaking, with strong hand and machine sewing skills. Experience in bridal or occasionwear is a strong plus.

You are a positive and proactive leader, passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. You are results-driven, a great team builder, and an excellent problem solver.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and knowledge of multiple languages will be positively valued.
